Thank you guys.
After reading posts, I am under impression that if one has a job offer in hand or enrolled into University in Canada who would not having any problems renewing his PR card and status.
What do you think?

Huh? The main thing is meeting the residency requirements. If you meet the residency requirements, you will have no problems renewing your PR card and status.

If you don't meet them, you will have a problem regardless of having a job or being enrolled in university.
