Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I'm 24 years old, an Indian citizen ,currently residing in the UAE for the past 20 years almost. I have done all my schooling and bachelors in Dubai and I have also got 5 years (2 part-time & 3 full time) of work experience thr itself. I recently got married and my husband is in Ontario,Canada for almost 3 years now. He did his Masters in Engineering in Canada and is currently working thr. He is a PR. I too would like to move thr. So I just want to know, if he applies for my PR through express entry, should I go for IELTS test or not.

Regards,
Peppy

Since your husband is PR of Canada he can sponsor you under spousal pr visa. The processing time is 1 year.

For spouse PR visa ielts is not required

So in that 1 year time, can i get a multiple entry visit visa ?

yeah... but just remember if you apply from canada (after you enter canada on visit visa) the wait time is 2 years... maybe more for PR..

reason being the couple is already together in canada, priority is given to families who are staying apart currently...

oh..so in that case , can I take multiple entry from dubai itself for a year ?
