I wouldn’t be surprised if it comes today but on the chance it doesn’t you may want to call them in case you have to pick it up at an office.

My ECAS shows that my PR card has been mailed on Nov 30th. I have yet to receive it.

Does anyone know how long after it has been sent to production it takes for them to mail them out?

Maybe they are delayed because of the postal strike?

I thought the services will be back to normal, now that the strike has ended. The funny thing is another member, whose ecas shows PR card mailed out on Nov 29th, received his card on Monday.

2 weeks is the norm. Again there is no standardized process for IRCC.

I guess its depends on where you live. My spouse card was mail on the 3 December and receive on the 6 December and we live in Scarborough.

My timeline: Application delivered 1st Feb. AOR 17th April. Same day status changed to DM. Received email a month later (17th May) saying that my application was put in secondary review. Sent them documents (boarding passes from over sixty trips + passport stamps + CBSA report that I had extracted earlier) proving my presence in Canada. Alongside I requested urgent processing too as I had to travel for work on 30th May. Anyway, I caught my flight because I won't let IRCC compromise my job. Sent followup email before leaving asking if urgent processing was granted. They replied saying the application was flagged for urgent processing. Card delivered to home address in Calgary on 7th June. Asked my dad to mail it to me to Abu Dhabi. Went to the FedEX office just now to pick it up.

Thank God what a relief!

Is it possible to have DM=Decision Made on " Application Status" then you are put in "Secondary Review"?

Yeah that maybe true. I guess postal services in Hamilton might still be affected.

My status:

Application sent: 4 September

Received: 1st October

AOR: 21 November

Dm: Same date (under production)

It’s been 2 weeks since the card went for production, is it normal???How long should it take more??? I have a trip on 7 February 2019, hopefully I don’t face the same as October applicants whom had production status twice. I live in Brampton anyone living nearby knows how long would it take to receive???once the status is shown as sent out.

My timeline is as follows. The AOR email was sent out at 10:30pm on Dec. 7. I don't think any officer will work that late.
