Permanent Resident Renewal Timeline 2018

Finally get an email from web enquiry sent last week！saying that my pr card is mailed today. A big relieve as I was in united states for degree for almost 3 years and I cross the border a lot. My time here in canada is only 2 years plus 4 month in total........

My timeline：
received：June 29 2018
start processing：Oct 9 2018
DM：Oct 10 2018
Permanent Resident card (PR card) was sent on October 26, 2018

I applied for Urgent Processing for Renewing my card. Sent all the documents as my Mom is sick. All the reports, Doctor's note, travel itinerary and proof of amount paid and all the required documents. Sent the documents on October 12, Friday evening via UPS and delivered it on Oct 16 Morning at 10:30 am

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on October 16, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 17, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on October 17, 2018.
4. Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on October 17, 2018. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.
5. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on October 18, 2018.

Hopefully i'll get it soon due to Canada Post Strike

I see a few members within my timeline with same issue with status not changing to complete as yet. checking if anyone else inquired with same issue with respect to errors in production.

Do they update application status instantly or on a specific time, i.e during night?

I sent my application August 23 so trying to figure out when I'll receive a AOR showing when they received me application

Online status states "Decision Made". When click on this get following:

I think it a reply to a web enquiry. I sent 2 days back and received reply today.

called was put on hold and was advised of techincal error on production. hoping it will be mailed or has been mailed. looks like daya11's timeline is identical to mine. i called in the am not sure when daya11 enquired. if in pm than things could have changed and in mailed status. will check status later today or tomorrow.
