Hello everyone!

Tried numerous comments and post on this particular topic but no help :(

I've received Permanent Resident Portal request on August 4th, 2021 and till now I haven't received any email with Portal credentials nor COPR. I've applied for my PR with Immigration consultant paying $2,850 as a fee and have no access to my application on IRCC.

Would anyone be able to shed some light in terms of wait times to get credentials for Permanent Resident Portal? I did email them on "ircc.clientportal-portailclient.ircc@cic.gc.ca", Yet no help!!!

Somebody please help!! Not sure if applying for GCMS notes at this point will even help.

Could I be possible your credentials went sent to you immigration consultant on your behalf?
 
The immigration consultant himself has advised that I should be receiving credentials once I email IRCC on that email address mentioned in my post. Haven't heard back ever since August and I've been emailing them every single week to ensure nothing is missed. Calling IRCC is also of no help as they only mention that I should wait for my credentials.
My concern is that I need to visit India this December and was hoping if I could get my PR card by then :(

Did you apply by mail or online with the portal?
 
It was an online application and is only updated until Biometric aspect.

For Background check - It shows below:
"We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information"

However, I did get an email regarding Permanent Resident Portal requesting me to confirm my date of entry, DOB, Email I want to use so that they can send me credentials. No update since August 2021.
 
Same thing happened with me I got portal request in June and I have uploaded my photo and address over there. But still My Ecopr is not attached in my portal. Its been 6 months.
