I am a protected person applying for residency and I have a question:

1. In "IMM5669" in Section D: Personal History

We need to fill out our status in the country so, how do I complete it if I was an asylum seeker during that time? The maximum character length is 14 characters so you can't write "refugee claimant"

Just claimant.
For example: student, worker, citizen, claimant, convention.

add all. be as transparent as you can cause they already know everything they want you to verify it so just be honest.. if you paid tax you should mention it
