unfortunately you cannot just bring your wife in as a permanent resident if you are already a resident: you need to apply to sponsor her.

You seem to be confused about your own status. Your previous posts show that you were here as an international student in 2012 but now you're saying you've been a PR for 3 years and are going to apply for citizenship.

If you are actually a PR and can sponsor your wife, you need to go to the link lpc19800 posted and research the process yourself. It is quite long and complicated, so no one will be able to simply tell you how to do it and what is required.

In your old posts, you say you are an international student and you are applying under PNP. If you have a PR application in process, you need to inform your visa office asap that you got married in order to add your wife to your application. You can NOT land on a PR visa you got as a single person if you already got married in the meantime.

If your status is currently student, your wife can apply for an open work permit based on your status. If you are working on a post grad permit and your position is skilled, she can also apply for an open work permit based on your status. If you already gained your PR before you got married, you would need to sponsor your wife for PR which is a bit more complicated.
