Permanent resident confirmation portal while travelling outside canada

I got Permanent resident confirmation portal email on may 27,2021. Since i travelled outside canada in jan,2021 due to emergency . i wasnt able to travel back bcoz there was error in TRV visa. Now i dont know what to do with email coz it says in email if you are outside canada u cant use the portal . i just replied to email and told them my suitation and told them i am outisde canada . they havnt replied to me its been 6 weeks i am little worried. i have applied for my work permit extension outside canada and that process also can take 4 months .

You cannot use the portal outside of Canada. One of the first questions is for you to confirm that you are in Canada. Misrepresentation there would be bad.

yaa i didnt create portal i replied to email and told them that i am outside canada its been more then 6 weeks i am waiting for reply. i submitted webform 1-2 week ago and told same thing . i got reply they said my information is forwarded to responsible office. is there anything else i can do???

Hello guys, did anyone got any luck while out of Canada? I see you guys discussing this in July, I am in same situation currently and above that, I have work permit but no visa to re-enter Canada.

Received portal request on 18th Nov. but I already create portal credentials by myself long back while studying about portal. I sent details on the same day (18th). How long it will take for credential from IRCC?

hy !!! i got my Permanent residency approved on 19 November 2021 in india. my permit expired in july thou but i have applied for extension no luck on that one. Due to error on visa i wasnt able to go back from 11 months finally they reached out to me delhi embassy and approves my residency now i am going back on PR visa .

Did you got got portal invite for PR or was your address in India on PR file?

i got my portal invite on 27 may 2021 but i was outside canada so didnt create portal for me .. i informed them as mentioned in email giving them details that i am outside canada due to so so reasons now after 7 months they reached out and confirmed my Residency i got call on my number which i updated when i came to india.

Ok so first you get golden email, then your reply to that with confirmation of presence in Canada, dependent, date of entry and similar stuff, then portal is created for you by IRCC, then eCOPR and finally PR cards.
