Hi can anybody tell me Is the Ircc Start processing the application for Permanent resident or not..?

My file is in Calgary office and it’s been 24 months no response yet I don’t know how long have to wait for it.

I applied through an agency and whenever I put a request through webform then I got the same reply we will try to finalize it as soon as possible thanks. It seems to me like a automated reply from computer I don’t know what what to do what not to seriously it’s 6 months more then the processing time still no response.

Do you have any indication that the agency is a fraud? 24 months is insanely long.
