Permanent Resident Application - When should you first hear back?

Sent in an application for family class sponsorship on August 7 2019 and got delivery confirmation on August 8 2019. However I have not heard back from the Immigration Canada yet. When should I expect to first hear back from Immigration Canada that they are processing my application?

30-45 days seems to be the standard for receiving AOR.
