Daughter has Permanent Residency and landed 2021/11/23 (I sponsored her as a dual citizen). She decided she wanted to finish high school in the U.S., and now wants to immigrate. Since she did not move after landing, is her PR still valid? Do I need to reapply? She would move in July 2025. Any guidance or thoughts would be appreciated.

Did she get PR card after she landed? Is she US citizen? If both negative, she might need to apply PRTD.unless she return at a land border.
Yes, she has her PR card (not expired). She is a U.S. citizen. She will start college next fall (is currently a student here). Her PR card will expire before she meets the requirements for residency time, but I'm wondering if she can reapply once she moves to Canada, and if the current PR card will be accepted? I'm sorry, what is PRTD mean?

She still have time to meet her residency obligations and can use her current PR card to cross the border. No need to apply PRTD (Permanent resident travel document).
PR STATUS does not expire; the PR CARD expires and can be renewed if she meets the Residency Obligation.

She would have to appeal to try and retain her PR status. You should have really waited until she was sure she wanted to move to Canada before sponsoring. Assume she may want to travel back and forth between Canada and the US so risks getting reported during every encounter with CBSA until she meets RO.
