Hi Everyone,

Could anyone please provide me with some advice on my situation? I am currently working in Canada as a Consultant since Jan 2019. My husband recently started working in Canada as well (March 2021). We want to apply for our PR, and after calculating our CRS score, its only coming out to be 435. For our profile, we are making him the primary applicant as he has a managerial occupation, but because he has less than one year of work ex here, the CRS score comes out to be less.

Do you guys think its still okay to apply for PR and wait it out? Or do we need to find out ways to increase our score.

Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks

Have you checked your score with you as the primary applicant? I would recommend you do that.

Always try to increase your score.

What NOC are you working in?

Thank you for your reply. Looks like that's the only viable option right now.
My NOC code is 2171

Thanks

Hi dear As per my experience You should apply for pnp programme as you comes under canadian experience class the chances of getting ITA is very high. As per the current covid situation canada is planning to give more pr to those who is currently available at canada. So as you and husband is having canadian working experience it will be easy for you to get ita through pnp.
