Hi, I have an employee that just received his letter of permanent residency. Does he physically have to leave the country to do his re entry? Is there an easier way, or is that the only option? Thank you

Why are you asking this for your employee?

The letter that you got (COPR I assume) has the answer to your question. I know since I got one today... :-X :-X :-X

Because I thought I'd see what the options are. He phoned me confused. I haven't seen the letter yet. It a very large hassle for him to get to the border.

1. He can either go to the border "flagpole" and "land" or he can phone the call centre for an appointment to "land" at an inland office. 1-888-242-2100 about 4-8 wait for an appointment.
