I am also going to apply for a paper-based application. I have alreday received my nomination (PhD graduate stream) but I am not sure if I need to include an English test or not?

Hi all,
I have my PR application almost ready and I am applying from inside Canada. I found a note on immigration Canada website states that any PR application made from within Canada starting December 03, 2019 need to have biometrics. Now my question is, do I submit my application and wait to receive a letter to provide biometrics or I need to include it in my application?
Also, do I need to do the medical check and include in my application or I need to wait for a letter to do so?

I dropped off my application for PR through Ontario nominee program under PhD stream at Canada Post office half an hour ago. I hope it will go well.
