like what is the reason for not getting PR and you don’t need a lawyer after you are approved as convention refugee. Please give details

I did it ,they rejected, my record is clean ,married man 2 kids ,paying tax ,teachings Music for free ,and more ,I can't understand this government

if its rejected then how are you a convention refugee?

your refugee case passed or not? If it did pass then you are considered convention refugee or protected person.

they always give reason why application is rejected

you are not telling clearly what exactly happened

i think you need to apply for h&c. I don’t know why you wasted 23 years. Order GCMS notes

I've Pass the court, I applied for PR ,they rejected, they saying that you can be refugee but you can not have PR and citizenship ,My file is close and any time I open the file ,coust me 5k ,than reject again ,

Once you are a protected person, you have the right to be PR unless you broke some kind of rule.
Do you have a paper from IRB or Federal Court that states you are a protected person?

I don't know your case history. All I can suggest is, apply for GCMS notes you will see what happened and why they are rejecting it.

The government themselves state if you are a protected person you can apply for PR.

Also like I said what is the reason and I don't belive they don't tell you a reason. They always state the reason. I don't believe that

If you are inadmissible then you are not a protected person. You need to apply for H&C

If ur inadmissible to canada u will not be granted pr status, they will make keep ur protected status, u apply for record suspension then u can apply for pr are u can apply for rehabilitation with cic.
