hi every one whatup...i have per couple of questions please guys let me know because many people went through this..
1...am working as a caregiver my stay expire 2012/12/03 and thank you God a got my extension for two years....my questions is.....

1...when i suppose to apply for permanent residence?


2..what is the requirement i need?

3..since i came here i never travel outside Canada never take any vacation?so is someone tell me that i need police certificate from my home country is it for real though am two years here never go home?do i need that ..thank you very much.

Also apply for an open work permit at the same time.

You will need a police clearance from all countries where you spent 6 months or more after the age of 18 except from Canada because immigration can check that themselves.

If you have a husband or a common law partner back home, you must include them in your PR application. If you have children, you must include them too.

If you did not live together as a couple for 12 months or more, then you are not common law and if you are not married yet either, then you can not include him in your application. If you marry him during your processing, you will have to add him to your application. If you marry him after you get your PR, you can sponsor him.

i recently received i title as a "Protected Person" here in canada,
so my question is ... the days i've been in canada before being a "PP" do the they count for later applicationfor citizenship and what about the days after i became a "PP" ?
