Hi,
As m totally frustated with this problem ill make it short

I applied for prtd on nov 4th 2015 at vfs hyderabad and i got a message on 5th nov that my passport was sent to bangalore

they said that minimum processing time is 10 days but till now i didnt recieve any reply from them .

I applied under humanitarian and considerations.

I submitted all my documents

can any 1 tell me whats the processing time for such kind of cases.

and were to contact for my application status.

Well, if you have lost your PR status and/or you are applying for a PRTD on Humanitarian and Compassion grounds, it really depends on the officer handling your case and how good your reasons are.

I am sorry to tell this but unless you have a very very good reason (whatever reasons you have under humanitarian/compassionate grounds), it is unlikely that you will be permitted in again as a PR (if you have lost your PR status).

Could you tell us what happened so that we would better understand the probability of you getting your PRTD.

ok so i came back to india after a stay of 1 month in canada in 2006 because of a massive heart attract to my grand mother

my mom and me were supposed to stay back for so long because of her ..there were no 1 else to take care of her and my dad got settled in canada and became a canadian citizen

now me and my mom wanna go to canada and settle there with my dad as my grand mother is no more

i have submitted all documents of my grandmother medical

and i came to know that i still didnt loose my pr status.

i was 13 years old when i came to india
my pr expired when i was 19
i am 22 now ...i couldnt go back because i continued my studies in india as i didnt had any choice

now my dad is in canada...we dont have any 1 else to stay in india anymore ...me and my mom wants to go back to my dads place...
eagarly waiting for that moment

even if they wont give me the travel document its fine but my passport is with them

if they respond me weather yes/no i can atleast apply for a us visa.

there is no response from them since 40 days

m highly disappointed with canada immigration service.
