permanent residence through interim pathway, i got pre-arrival service letter

I applied permanent residence through interim pathway 2 weeks ago. but i got pre-arrival service letter from IRCC. What does it mean and how long will it take to get pr?

I applied for this pathway on March 21st and haven't received anything yet. I found some information about the letter you received.

"The pre-arrival services letter simply means eligibility is passed (relationship is genuine). It doesn't mean the other checks such as criminality or background and medical have been assessed or completed yet"

I found this information in this forum at the different category. I am wondering how you received this letter, email? or mail? I am wondering how CIC will communicate with applicants who applied for this pathway. I would be great if we can share some information.
