It has been almost a year after I applied for PR through skilled (federal) express entry (also PNP Ontario). What shall I do next? As IRCC has not updates regarding my application. Shall I send email to the concerned ministry or wait for some more time? Kindly guide me through this.

No not yet. Can it be ordered from outside Cananda? I have read that a person residing in Canada can only order GCMS notes.
