living together outside Canadá in Colombia and we have a baby together. Our baby is now Canadian citizen and I just got my babies Canadian passport.

She is pregnant again now.

It's been 7 months since Canada requested police certificate from Venezuela and Colombia as well as the payment of biometric fees an requested CSQ from Quebec . Everything was sent already to Canadian office CIC in less than 10 days.

CSQ it's been accepted like 4 months ago and the information was provided to CIC but since then we still don't have any answer or additional documentation required. At this step they are suppose to ask for medical exam and biometrics data but we still haven't gotten this letter authorizing this . How much time more we have to wait for this invitation letter for medical exam and biometrics ?

Post your question to the Family Sponsorship section of the forum. You'll get the most responses there. Ultimately it will be difficult for people to comment on your timelines since you are a Quebec applicant and the Quebec provincial government has imposed caps on issuing PR visas which has significantly impacted processing times. Good luck.

Actually the CSQ is been approved already

Quebec is slowing down the entire process. The fact CSQ has been approved is meaningless.

Not sure about specific time line for medical exam and biometrics, but the overall wait time is about 20+ months for inland and 30+ for outland applications. In the forum, I'm hearing people who applied on October 2022 are getting their permanent residence.

Your wife could apply for TRV, and while in Canada she can apply for a work permit to extend her stay.

Blame the Quebec government for messing up your life.

TRV is a tourist visa.

One big issue would be access to healthcare for his pregnant wife. Unless something has changed recently she wouldn’t qualify for RAMQ on a TRV.

Yes it's just a private insurance I can pay

Private insurance would not cover the costs. They will not cover pregnancy (except miscarriages for some polices) if already pregnant when purchasing the policy. You would have to pay out of pocket. Would be around 10k if not more.
