My Consultant forwarded the approval email from IRCC. I replied with all the information. I received the email on Aug 11 and sent then reply to the IRCC email on the same date (IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca). 1 week have passed, and no reply about the account credentials. I have checked online, and this process is supposed to take 3-4 hours for most cases.
Today we re-sent another time the same message to the IRCC email stated above, asking for a follow-up. No reply has been received either.
Can someone faced same issue or give me some suggestion .
