Permanent residence interview and covid-19

Please help.

I came to India on Feb 2020 for my marriage. (Background: entered to Canada in 2015 as student and filed my pr in 2019 through express entry).
On Feb 13 , I've received the golden email that says my pr got approved and asked for interview on March,6. I've requested to postpone my interview as I was in India.
My return ticket to Vancouver, Canada is for Mar 22 However, due to coronavirus and lockdown , my flight got cancelled.
I've called cic and they said just to fill the web form as they were short on staff and very busy so processing of date change could take some time.
Lockdown keep on extending and my flight keep on cancelling.
Another sad part was my work permit and visa also got expired on May 13.
I've applied for work permit extension right away and since then it's on processing and when called cic they said i have to wait for biometrics to get opened.
At the same time, I've filled the web form and requested to change the pr interview to copr so i can able to get one time entry visa and possibly fly to Canada and get my pr.
I've called cic again about converting it into copr and they said to fill the webform about that, which I told them that i've already did and then they told me to just wait as my request is now outland and we are just processing inland requests for now.
Now on july 1st, i've read that they started processing files for outland as well however in India VFS office is still closed.

I don't know what to do further. I have good job, home, car, friends in Canada waiting for us. I've got badly stuck over here. Please guide what i should do and what options should i seek.

I don't honestly know if there is much you can do as you are not in Canada and your application is an inland application.

How long were you outside of Canada? Did you leave Canada right after you applied?

I came to India in February and I've applied 4 months before.
Cic issued me copr valid until july 29 but the thing is i still not have visa to travel.
I've told them and they said they're working on it.
don't know now what's going to happen

Hi brother, are you waiting for VFS India to re-open so that you can get a stamp on your passport? A friend of mine is waiting too. Any idea when will VFS India re-open?
