permanent residence application rejection

Hi,
I applied for Canadian immigration in December 2017. 2 months later my application was rejected due to some reasons. Now the problem is that my profile status is still showing that application is in progress and there are no options shown on page for applying again. Now what should i do?
Should i wait for expiry of the period of application or is there any other way to apply again for permanent residence?
Kindly share if anyone has gone through the same problem.

What was the reason of rejection? If its not a case of misrepresentation you can apply again. Make another express entry application.

But my page is not showing the option of express entry. How can i apply again?
