Permanent Residence Application, CIC sends a weird message

Hello All,

I am in a weird situation right now, my permanent resident application got updated today and CIC sent me a message. The message states:

Thank you for informing our office of your intention to add a dependent child to your application.
OR
After reviewing the information you provided in your application, it appears that you have a dependent child to include in your application for Permanent Residence.
------------------

In reality, I submitted my application with no spouse/ children (I'm still single). Does anyone have any idea or anything as such has happened with anyone?

What steps should I take now?

Please help.

Submit a CSE and update them.

You may have made a mistake on your application - accidentally clicked the wrong button? nonetheless, when they ask you to submit documents in regards to your non-existing spouse and kids, just write a letter to explain your situation. I would also send them a CSE as well!
