I received a request for my spouse's ECA on May 6th, which I submitted the same day. I received confirmation of received and that it was updated. Today I received a cancellation letter stating the document that was requested on May 6th for which I uploaded, is now being deemed as the recent for the application being rejected. Is there any redress I can take at this point? Is there any way to have the application re-opened? I just don't understand why to ask for the document, having submitted it, for it then to be rejected the following day.
Has anyone ever experience this issue or now how to go about seeking clarification from IRCC. Totally feeling deflated and disappointed.
