Permanent job offer with positive lmo question.

I got a permanent job offer from BC with approved LMO. I am in the process of applying for a work permit from outside of Canada and my question is..... Is this equivalent to a job offer with AEO and can I go ahead and put in an application for PR under ?. FYI my work permit application is still in process.

Nope. You need to be employed in Canada and your employer then can offer you a permanent job in writing that s/he will employ you permanently once you receive your PR.
