Hello everyone. Hope all will be good and fine IN SHA ALLAH.
I want to discuss few issues and i m new in the fourm.
Question no 1. If suppose i sponsered my wife 4 years before and she came here and got the permanant residency and when her days completed for citizenship and she apply the citizen and plan to go back home and after reaching back home she file the KHULLA means. Divorce. :-X
Send court documents at my back home address.
She is still in PR and already applied the citizenship.
Is there any option to stop these kinds of fake peoples citizenship.
Any option througj court or through immigeration.
Please i request to all members let me know your suggestions.

There is not much you can do.. After 4 years the conditions have probably been fulfilled. Where is your wife living now?

By the way, your topic title sounds sexist. PR for women is no different here in Canada than for men.

Move on with your life. As others have said, there's nothing you can do. She is entitled to citizenship and she is entitled to remain in Canada for the rest of her life.

Nothing sounds fake here. It just sounds like your marriage didn't work out after a few years. That's how CIC will see this as well.

It doesn't sound like your wife did anything wrong. The only qualification is that if she applies for citizenship and goes "back home" right away, she will be in violation of the Intent to Reside clause which could preclude her application from being approved.

She could have saved herself the cost of the flight and filed for divorce here. Probably a much simpler process as well. Again, nothing you can do to stop her.

There is nothing you can do, besides trying to prove it as immigration fraud by fake marriage and was planned prior to PR application. Even that has to be scrutinized by court and I am not sure if its feasible
