PER Received in Feb

Hello,

I have received my PER for NOC-2263 few days ago.
Can anybody tell me what will be the next step of file processing? Do they ( CIC ) transfer the file to respective VO for verification? or Medical Request will come first?
How much time the respective VO take for verification?

Please share your views.
