PER from London office in 45 days

Can we get PER from London office in 45 days?
As per Global spread sheet PER to processing starts is mention as 47 days, does it mean I can get email in 47 days itself.
And can I check with bank is my DD used by CIC or not.

PER is given by CiO not London Vo..after PeR ...file is transferred to LVO..the status of 'processing started' changes after approx 45 days of the PER mail receipt

generally PER mail comes atleast after 3 mths of your application receipt...
