PEQ with husband

My sister will be eligible for csq under peq next year and she is getting married in a few months, my question is if she wants to bring her husband does she have to add him to her application for peq or she only needs to do that on the federal stage ?

if she will get married before applying for PEQ, it's better that she adds her spouse to PEQ application to avoid processing delays.

It's better she adds him since she's getting married before applying.
