I am planning to immigrate to Quebec using either PEQ or Regular Program. I'm currently in university (16 pt degree) and planning to take TEFaQ. So if I apply 12 months before my graduation have over 55 points, would CSQ arrive before my graduation, or should I just apply for PEQ and receive CSQ after graduation?
Also, in Regular program, do applicants with more points receive CSQ faster, or not as long as one has more than 55 points?
