Hi everyone!!!
I have a little questions to all
I want to know the cases of PEQ refusal
I know some which are

1. changing subject of study
2.Did not resend (submit) missing documents within 90 days.
3.Passing over 36 moths after applying for CSQ or Graduating DEP programs

Do you know more cases other than above cases???

and not meeting language requirements. that's all i can think for now. What is the 'changing subject of study' about? If I have already obtained a bachelors in my home country and then come to Quebec to study another subject would that be a reason for a denied PEQ?
