PEQ graduates HELPPP PLEASE

Hello all,

I hope you could help me clarify this please:

If I apply for the PEQ Quebec graduates and I graduated in Oct 2019 with an eligible diploma (Master full time) my application will be assed according the old PEQ graduates policy? Meaning I would not need the 12 months work experience that is now needed?

yes. I have a friend with the same graduation date eligible for no-work experience. Already got PR.
