Hi,
I was an international student and just completed my studies from Montreal, Quebec this summer. I have B2 level of french and a master's degree from Concordia university. So I am eligible for CSQ (under PEQ) , but I want to move to Ontario for the job search. So can I move to Ontario after getting my CSQ and still apply for PR from Quebec.

P.S: Sorry if i am posting a repetitive thread but i was not able to find a recent thread with a similar topic.

Thanks

I think you can only move once you have your PR card.

I may be wrong about this but the first and foremost rule of PEQ is "Intention to reside and settle in Quebec"

I'm sure a good immigration lawyer would give you best advice since this a grey area of the law. Not being a PR yet, you do not enjoy the freedom of movement across Canada.

Thanks for the reply. Can you provide me some sources to go and confirm it other than official Quebec/cic website

Unfortunately I can't.

I'm sure lots of people would've done this but they probably wouldn't go around advertising the same
