Dear All,
I am new to this forum. I have received my MR on 8th Nov. & submitted all docs as requested. The Docs & passport was received by immigration office on 26 Nov.
I have applied through consultancy WW..S
Now i have cancelled consultancy and changed my address. Those related paper regarding cancellation of representative has been sent to chc with those documents which i have submitted along with passport.
Will there be any problem in my case or not. I am lil bit worried.

Nothing to worry at all as long as you have informed the CHC and updated them to connect with yo directly though emails, phone number etc. it's good that you decided to get rid of WWICS. It has an infamous repute in Kolkata and Punjab market.

Now that u have communicated to VO about ur intention to withdraw the right of representaion to ur authorised agent (Immigration conseltant) ,HAVING Submitted the IMM FORM 5476 alongwith other docs in compliance to ur MR letter,it is fine nd wish things will fall at proper place,henceforth.Technically, it would have been better had u resorted to do so seperately, prior to submission of the MR docs to VO.
Any ways,let us wish nd pray for the best.

One more query from my side.
In IMM 0008 form there is a place where we have write in our national lanuage.
That was missed by me as i didn't notice it.
Later on i came to know from one of my fren as he asked whether i have mentioned/filled up that part or not.
Will chc return back that form again to me?
As in MR letter there is nothing mention about POF. I have maintained POF from last 2 years in such a low interest rate as my consultancy told me to maintain it. The worse consultancy WW..S
Can i take out my fund from account now or will have to keep till visa comes?
Please suggest me.

I sent email to chc before sending documnets along with passport regarding cancellation of representative.
Again i sent those copy along with other documents & passport.
Chc has already replied against the email i sent before receiving the passport and docs mentioned in MR letter.

Earlier i could not do so as we waited 2.5 yrs for receiving medical request.
When medical request came after that also the consultancy didn't respond to me quickly and in easier way.
Then i decided to quit them and do my self.
The consultancy asked me to send all forms to them and passport to be sent by myself.
But in MR letter it was written that all the docs has to be sent in a single package .
So this made me cancel representative and do myself.

During initial complete docs submission i sent all the docs on the month of June but this consultancy WW..S submitted my complete docs on 18 August.

Now i request whoever has applied through this consultancy should sent representative cancellation form to cic and send their own mailing address.
Even i came to know that this consultancy ask money with the clients after receiving paasport back with them and delay in handing over of passport.

Sir,
I think,the change u had asked for has reportedly been incorporated in VO'S record,before recpt. of the consignment of the package contaning the docs,nothing is to be worried about.please check, if ur ecas is showing the changed address for correspondence.
I am sure, u must have sent the VALIDATED IMM0008(07-2012) E FORM.Validation may not be completed unless all the clomns. are filled up.
Although,there may not be re-confirmation of POF INSTRUCTED IN MR LETTER, it is better to retain the balance in order to cover the amt.of landing funds.

This is as per the consignment tracker system of blue dart showing SHIPMENT DELIVERED (recipient stamp).

What is your VO and who is the consultant,If you are in Pakistan then its against the Law to handover your passport to anyone even your consultant could not send PP to CHC .Its only you to do correspondence of PPR (PPR2 in Pak)

Please be informed that DEMAND DRAFT, covering RPRF amount, got issued in favour of "canadian High commission", payable at New Delhi, was reportedly encashed ON, "DEC 01,2012", as confirmed BY the issuing branch of the BANK.

Would request all my friends, who have already sent the required papers/docs, in compliance to their MR letters, to remain in touch with issueing branch of the respective banks, so as to gather this vital infromation

i recieved mail for medical,pcc,rprf and original documents of spouce on 9th nov 2012.we done our medical on 14th nov n pcc on 15th nov n we send all thies documents along with fee and passports on 25th nov and documents recieved by ambassy on 28th nov.
n now waiting wid crossing fingers...............

I think CHC sends passports with visa directly to applicant's address even if you have applied through consultant. People who received visa can comment/confirm better.
