It is not frustration just desperation............ nothing is happening......one of the my friend of May 26 got MR yesterday but many are still waiting................when there is not predictability then it is very difficult to wait..............in case of me...

Not just inn your case but in most cases, it is frustrating. Qualified and experienced people just waiting, putting their lives on hold, checking ecas and all every two hours like morons.

Yes, you are right. Our days are passing like as you said. And no body knows when NDVO will clear backlog.

Do not kick yourself maran, This is all destiny, no one can predict, No one can predict NDVO. If you would have applied earlier than 2008 than they would have kicked you out of the list. Imagine those who applied 2008 earlier waited for more than 5-6 years only to be told that their applications have been dumped.

I had an appointment with the doctors for medical yesterday .it all went fine only problem was i recieved only 1 form for my wife sini in the 1st mail from CHC but then they said its ok we have to do all manually and send courier accross to CHC NEW DELHI .so they did our medicals and in 2days time they will send it .but the today morning i got another mail from CHC sending mine and my daughters medical forms .now since i had already done my medicals i called the doctor and asked they said its ok we did it manually and will be sending it like that as the forms for me and my daughter were not their in their 1st mail .
its ok i hope .please send me a covering letter saying so and any other documents to be included in the package or no ?

please send the covering letter today itself so that i can send the passports tommorow

Well said. I am Also fade up with this never ending process. I am a may 2010 applicant, IP from May 3, hope our day will also come soon

I blame my consultant since after sending initial file I urged them to confirm what other documents will be required with 2nd file number but I was not informed.

Later I was handed over a list of documents to be arranged in September 2010 & I did that very quick, I arranged all in 30-40 days but again they delayed submitting them.

I provided Docs in the starting of October 2010 but got 2nd AoR by the end of Nov 2010.

Above this my NOC is a damned one :-\ 0213
