Processing MI 1 applicants is no longer a matter of being In demand or any Noc being a Priority,

We are their working inventory which needs to be finished ASAP it is Just their working pattern.

I DONT SEE ANY REASON TO PANIC.

Applicants who did medicals in june are a much more panicky lot than those in waiting

All said nd done,my only prayer to Almighty, right now, is to see that ur list of members , still awaiting their MRS,WOULD COME TO NAUGHT, at the earliest.

I know, how painstaking nd taxing the wait is for all of us.We all have had the bitter tase of it. Therefore,I keep praying in the hearts of my heart for the prejuners ,in particular,who have been on the path of this struggle,extended for more than two long years.We all have to put at abeyance our critical career related decisions during this long wait.

OMG these thoughts are really kiiling.... especially when people have started gettings MRs and we are still waiting for unknown reasons !!!!!

As parhar says, our patience is being tested. Lets have faith in the system and god.

This forum really helps in sharing our thoughts and feelings with each other. At times I really think, ye forum nahi hota to kya hota :o

I have done my part all document were given to consultant on 07/12/2012, still pending for dispatch to CHC ND from his office. Very Frustation as now even these consultant act like visa officer neither acting nor responding.

Sir. u are absolutely right.To my mind,they act ,more or less, like a courier service. Most of the paper work is,reportedly, done BY the applicant himself/herself. Even,a few ask to recheck the completed forms,lest a mistake would come up.They indulge in fleecing money from us nd show concern as long as their demand is met with.
I believe,CIC website has explicit instructions/guidelines to help the aspirants to file their applications. More IMPORTANTLY, the erudite forum members are very supportive,should there be any problem.
Any ways,hope ur docs would be forwarded to NDVO by UR cosultant,asap.Wish u all the very best !!

Absolutely correct, I too feel exactly the same. Lost three years of my career settling time.

This whole episode of applying and waiting has almost derailed our future and any plans for the future life have gone for a toss.

Even after getting the visa there is so much to think of and plan with no guarantee of success. We are all prepared to make efforts and sacrifices but this uncertainty is sort of killing.

There are no proper updates from NDVO, after every 3-4 months NDVO gives some sort of Lollipop and we all fall for it. fact is MI-1 have not received the PR stamp for soooo long.

Finally I feel I should get out of the dream world and understand the reality of this futile exercise of waiting and waiting. I got into the process assuming a wait of max one year (against a promised 6-8 months). I WAS WAY OFF MARK.

Hope I am proved wrong.
