He says all applicants will get by dec 2012,

OMG do you have any idea how are they issuing MRs? I mean based on application recd date, 2nd AOR or IP date? What trends you noticed in MRs issued on Nov 8th.?

It is one of my assumption..before 6 months NDVO has issued medicals.now after 6 months only they will issue new medicals.... (I hope I am wrong....)

U may be right . Than we should expect medicals by may 2013 and VISA by 2013 end. One more year to wait ..... it's really terrible

May God listen to our prayers and we all get medical this year end only.

Why NDVO has biased some of us while some of my friends are in previlage. Some of my friends got MR who applied later me while me and some of my friends who applied before me haven't got it.

One of my friends on forum Believes that NOC 4131 and 0213 got Majority MR this time

May be this is the reason why we were left out
