People who applied for TRV at ISB HC in Feb

Hi Jewellery_Exhibition,

I hope you get your TRV this time. Can you time me how long did the Canadian HC in Islamabad take before denying your first TRV application?

I am waiting for my father's TRV processing.

Hi Dr,
No - I haven't heard anything back from CHC ISB as of yet. I am hoping this week I should hear back from them. Friday and Monday were Public Holidays in Canada.

As for Jewellery Exhibition it took about 48 days(in total) before his visa was denied/returned.

I'll keep you all posted with the progress of my application.
 
Last time they denied my application after 58 in total.
I mail them today requesting ,to proceed with my TRV application before event date , that is starting from 20th April.
I also request a withdraw if my application can not be proceed before event date.
Now waiting .....
What is possiblities???
 
possibilities are endless :P

jokes apart most likely your application will be sent back to you as is..since they will not be able to process it before the date of your event. This week they are probably going over applications submitted in mid to end of feb.....

I want to going for canada for attend the conference. for this I have applied for visit visa from march 19 but still I got no response. I registered myself in this conference and they send me the visa invitation letter. I have also attach copy of my ms degree, employment experience certificate and recent employment reference letter. But I have not attached any bank statement just tell them that i have $1800 CA along with me. conference is start from april 17 but still I have not informed that CA HC ISB will issue me a visa or not. I'm too stress not tell me what i to do?
 
You applied on march 19...I applied on Feb 20th and I am still waiting on my case. I dont think you will get your visa in time for your conference. Sorry to break the bad news but currently CHC ISB is taking on average 40 working days (almost 2 months) to process TRV applications. Also, I believe you should have sent your bank statement its one of the requirements in the TRV checklist. You have to provide your bank account statement or whoever is sponsoring/financing you for your visit their bank statement is required.

Hope this helps answer your questions....and will take a little stress of you I know how it is, I have been in your predicament before. Hope things work out. There is always another conference---next year!

U applied for TRV very late, there is very short time left in event. I also applied for TRV to exhibit in a exhibition. I applied on 5th March and did not hear from CHC yet. Now I am going to withdraw my visa application and suggest u to do same. U can apply enough before (apply min 4 months before ur travel date). Second is ur bank statment is 1 of most important documents to attach with ur application.

I received a call from TCS to pick up the passport. My father was granted multiple entry visa until end of 2016. I hope that you receive the good news soon.

Thanks for your comments. Its very informative for me. may be this all is necessary for CHC because my two colleague have just as follow this process for abroad conference. One colleague gone in London while other went in Paris. They also not attached bank statement. I don't know why CHC required this and taking so much time. Its too panic.
