People waiting longer than 3 months and still not charged!... let's network here

What the heck is happening? I want to find out from others who are also waiting since long for just the first step (charging) to happen!!

Please share your application details. And whether you have any doubts in your application that you are afraid of.

Doubts:
The reference letter for my current job does not have job duties because it was very tricky getting a reference letter in the first place! so I managed what I could. All my previous jobs have proper reference letters with job duties but they are slightly different noc (for Industrial Engineer). Whereas, my current job is on Mfg Manager noc 0911 which is my primary noc. Is this the reason for the delay of my case? I don't know.

I would appreciate if I can hear from other people also waiting for a long time for the first step of charging.

Hi there, it seems just you and me sir. I am a november applicant, my application was received on 26th of november and I didn't hear from thier part yet.
My NOC is 2131 civil engineer and my number one concern is proving my paid check and working hours as it was a bit vague but that was the best I can do giving the circumstances in my country .I did explain it by adding an attached letter.
I send them a letter but I am not sure if they will respond. if they did it would take them 60 days!
I am constantly going back and forth between my mobile, email and P.O Box to check if I received a cc charge alert, a per message or I got my file back.
I am tired of waiting. Wish you all the luck

Hello, I am NOC 3011 application received Dec 3, there were approximately 28 applications by the end of December. Two other NOC3011 December applications also on this forum, waiting for charging.

I called cic yesterday and asked directly for uci number attached to my application. For the first time, the agent was willing to look it up! He took all my details and then came back and said that my application was returned on Dec 17th. He would not disclose the reason over the phone but said that a letter detailing the reason was enclosed in the returned package.

I am still waiting for the returned package. It's more than 2 months since they apparently sent it!!
