PEOPLE WAITING FOR VISA SEPT 2013

hey guys,need some info here
i applied to george brown college for jan 2014 for electromechanical engineering technician(2 yr diploma) and wireless networking(1yr pg diploma).
i want to go for electromechanical engineering but people say visa chances are less for diploma program ...so....
can i apply for visa with this 1yr pg diploma course and after getting visa can i transfer to the 2yr diploma course which would further give me a 3yr PSWP ?

Due to further medicals request. Got some
issues with chest xray..

Submitted the required test reports on 2nd August and 30th August. Still no reply from their side.

Got the visa approval email at 3:55...

Collected the passport at 5 from VFS..

At last a loooonnnggg wait came to an end.

VISA APPROVED AFTER 106 days.. ...

Vancouver.. here i come..

yes u can apply under SPP but make a strong SOP (along with proofs if u have) to explain that gap and file all documents like IT returns of parents etc.. ( specially financial docs as some consultants say there is no need to submit proofs in SPP but its not true)
