U need to specify address from where u can collect Courier or mail faster . preferably your current residential address . If your current residence in Dubai for example you have to self addressed envelop in Arabic ( u can use google converter )

Friends , plz help me . I am in doubt. I got RPRF request from NDVO. But I searched for how to pay the fee. I found that , it can be pay in INR as DD . but any idea about the amount ? How we convert the 490 CAD to inr? It is fluctuating day by day.. Seniors , Pls give me an advice...

I have paid online . u need to pay only for adults accompanying you . Online will be better to avoid similar confusion . IF you are paying online you will be able to generate a printout and on that u have to fill application details . This need to be scanned and send to the visa officer of to the address specified.

I feel like you can specify the nearest proximity address . ( eg if u stayed near college you can specify college hostel address or atleast college address or your relatives address near your accommodation ) Hope seniors will be able to share their comments for this .

1.You can mention name in Malayalam hand written ( if u are from Kerala ) . if there is some mistakes also no problem . This is just for them to understand that u know some native language .
2. Sad to hear about your mother . You can mention her name as " Late ...... " . Hope there wont be any issues . My father passed away after application but i did not update that details and they did not ask for more informations . Now i have got my Passport stamped without showing any information related to parents.

Christians in kerala have two names, one is baptismal name and the other is nick name.

Is it ok to mention nick name? Do we need to provide any proof for that?

I had simply put in an explanation sheet saying I lived in a province where this wasn't the native language and therefore I am unable to provide my name in Malayalam.

1. How to write name in native language? What tools are available for us?
2. What if mother died some years ago. how to fill this info in forms?

I have only one dependent, that is my wife. In this case, in 13c, I will write her name and in 16c my name will be written as spouse name. Correct?

So all your process completed within 6 months? Howz that possible? Your Med request came with in 15 days and after submitting med's you got passport request within 18 days and visa issued same day?? I thought it will take longer..
