yes my husband hired a lawyer in canada. He applied for my case in march 2012 but I am still waiting for my visa.

I applied in feb 2012. Im still waiting also. Normal to wait, pakistan is slow.

my husband filed the case from canda via ATLANTIC IMMIGRATION. u can google it
