People experiences who didn't pay right of permanent resident fees upfront.

Hello members..
A little history : my husband submitted the application in January in Mississauga office in Canada and my visa office in India is New Delhi.
My husband paid right of permanent resident fees in March 21 ,2016 when we got mail from cic to submit the right of permanent resident fee. It's been 2 months since last message came from cic
As we didn't paid the right of permanent fees upfront...we are little worried that how much time it will take for passport request.
Someone who experienced the same or who has knowledge about this please reply ...as we are worried how much time it will take after Right of permanent resident fees is paid.

Did you forward the receipt that is generated when it's paid? it has one of their funky barcodes on it or at least mine does for my wife I just paid it tonight and it has to be submitted to the VO handling your application for them to acknowledge it.

Yes we already forwarded the recipt to cic missisauga on same day 21 March. It's been since 2 months their last email came that cic mississauga attached the recipt with file.
We just wondering after how much time dey wil send passport request email.

Forward it to NDVO not CPC-M

Try opening ecas using your receipt # and your information, if it pulls up your application then there's nothing to worry about, they've linked it to your application. The time it will take depends on your VO, I would look at that specific thread to get a better idea.

Jasmine95 the proof of payment must go to the vo processing your application they may not recognize it's payed if you don't send it there.
