First case seems quite correct and reasonable to me. Second case (nonSDS and in India) is not persuasive enough because the biometrics has not yet been done. Anyway, I saw one case approved & it seems that there are signs of reopening back - love to see it.

I know someone from Malaysia got her full approval last June (SDS). She applied last Februar for Fall intake. Weird

but Malaysia is not eligible for SDS

She resides in Malaysia but she's from the Philippines.

I don't think that counts. You have to be residing in an SDS-eligible country in order to be eligible.
