PEO licence procedure

Hi all.
I have an electronics engineering degree from Punjab Technical University , India. I am a permanent resident landed recently. I want to know the procedure to apply for PEO licence. Has anybody applied for the same? please help.

Same here, I am also a electrical ( power system ) engineer from PTU, India and will be comming to Canada under Family Sponsorship. Problem is that I am a graduate of 2009 and have no work experience. My question is, how difficult will it be to get a job and specially in any engineering industry. Pardon me, incase I am asking the question at the wrong thread.
