You can either contact the CIC Automated telephone service (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) by calling +1 888-242-2100 if you are inside Canada. Or +1 613-944-4000 for internationals then reach for the Citizenship and Immigration Canada in order to get further information regarding your current case.
Client Support Centre agents - Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., your local time, except for statutory holidays. Services are available in French and English.

You can also use CSE by the IRCC Web form : https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1
(They wont respond to your enquiry if the application is within normal processing times.)
