Pending H1-b visa transfer..will it impact my PPR?

Hi,
I changed jobs here in the US and my H1-B visa application is pending with USCIS as there is no premium processing, I haven't submitted my e-APR yet for Canada..do I inform my lawyers about the job change? I never claimed points for my previous job that i switched from..does a pending H1-b application impact my PPR process in any way?

The two processes are completely independent. As long as you aren't claiming points for the job, you shouldn't need to make any changes. However, if you are using a lawyer for your EE application, why aren't you asking him? Your lawyer is the best person to advise you on the specifics of your case (unless you don't trust him/her, in which case, why are you using that lawyer??)
