hey i have recrived mail from WES that my one degree certificate is not received by them now what i can do ??please help
Can i send fax them or need to ask my university to do????

You might not have applied degree assessment in university. First apply transcript in university for the degree certificate. Then University can send it directly to them.
it will take time now.
