Hi,

I got the ITA on Jan 6th based on PEI PNP which I received in December. I have time till March 5th to apply for Visa.
In my Express Entry profile, I filled as My wife will be accompanying with me to Canada. But now she is conceiving and cannot under go medical tests.
So, now she cannot apply for visa along with me and I have to apply for me only.

Can anyone please help me, how can I proceed further?
Can I modify the express entry profile or do I need to inform CIC?

Thanks in advance.

if you notify them they will postpone it till she delivers

Hello khemanth,

I want to know how do you sent them your documents and application forms?

Because they also send me 3 forms to send them, but when I send them forms and my documents they did not gave me any acknowledgement whether my email is received by them or not?

So could you guide me what to do / or what did you do when you sent your documents?

Thanks in advance...

Hello Pascal,

I don't want to apply for my wife now, I just want to apply alone now.
So, how can I inform them and proceed further?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

They didn't send any acknowledgment to me as well.
Once after i mailed them all the documents they provided me the nomination.

Thanks.

I already sent PEI a mail with the PEI form attached. How many days did it take? NOC is 2264

How long did it take to get nomination?

The only way to remove her from your application now is to legally separate or divorce her. That probably takes even longer than waiting for her to give birth.
You can't remove your wife from your application because you got her pregnant.

Both of you can undergo the medical now so that you can submit your PR application to CIC.
But she will not complete the chest x-ray and that will be deferred to a later date.
Your application will be put on hold.
